Job Description
In your new role you will:
1.Possess deep knowledge with >8 years of experience in Industrial Engineering, Operational Research, WIP flow management, Cycle Time Management & SAP/MES system.
2. Develop, systemize and deploy optimized WIP flow Management approaches to drive 4M (Machines, Man, Material and Methods) synchronization and contribute to the BE's Year-on-Year productivity goal.
3. Responsible for decoding a complex system and data structure for greater transparency (SAP, RTD, MES) to level up production line control competency toward the digitalization and AI transformation journey.
4. Build up digitalization competency of site IE/Production/BLD. Ensure knowledge transfer and competency buildup within own organization and also beyond (at sites) to support AI project implementation
5. Consult BE Asia sites users in the execution of WIP flow management AI projects which required to be on-site to enter Shopfloor Area to understand Work method and its level of Automation
6. Drive work method and system harmonization in AI Project and be key spoke person feedback & demand solution from Solution design team.
7. Key interface to IT and business users in relation to Production management systems requirements, design and deployment
8. Drive harvesting of productivity potential from 4M synchronization using AI in scheduling and dispatching to support in OEE improvement and reducing line control effort.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1.Have successfully completed a university degree in computer science, industrial engineering, engineering, or a similar field.
2.Have in-depth knowledge with more than 5 years of experience in at least one of the following areas: industrial engineering, operations research, WIP flow management, cycle time management, and SAP/MES systems.
3.Enjoy working with and coordinating with many interfaces.
4.Are able to communicate and present fluently in English.
