- 在项目内配合模型师和动画师，使用三维动画软件负责对游戏中的模型创建关节，蒙皮和骨骼绑定，确保模型在游戏中的动画效果显示符合其游戏设定。
- 配合项目组，设计并测试特定的绑定工具或脚本，来符合项目的动画要求。
- 参与绑定技术的研究，和集团R&D部门一起学习并应用最新的游戏动画绑定技术到项目中来。
- 大专及以上学历，信息技术类，动画类和电子游戏类相关院校或专业优先考虑（包括动画，编程，信息技术，数字媒体艺术，游戏美术，工业设计，平面设计等等）。
- 一年以上绑定相关的工作或实习经验，如果申请人有优秀的绑定作品，或有一定的编程语言能力，可以放宽要求。
- 熟练掌握软件（主要为Maya）进行角色道具的绑定和Deformer的属性及使用方式，有能力解决不同角色和各种情况的绑定问题，对游戏引擎（UE4&Unity）和绑定相关插件有了解更佳。
- 熟悉物理学中的运动原理，了解常规生物的骨骼架构、解剖学知识肌肉动态和运动方式，及表情绑定与蒙皮。
- 学习能力及其重要，善于学习，有求索精神，并能够把新技术或新软件应用到工作中来。
- 良好的逻辑性思维能力，交流能力和团队合作精神。
- 深入了解游戏，热爱游戏行业并且热衷于游戏制作。
- 候选人若有良好的英文读写能力可优先考虑.
