Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leading and managing key projects within our organisation, ensuring successful delivery on time and with excellent quality. The Senior Project Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams, drive process improvements, and contribute to the overall success of our product and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- 1- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, including scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.
- 2 - Team Leadership:
- Lead a cross-functional team of developers, designers, and other project members.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment, encouraging team members to excel in their roles.
- 3 - Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Proactively address and resolve issues to ensure project success.
- 4 - Communication:
- Facilitate effective communication within the project team and with stakeholders.
- Provide regular project status updates, ensuring transparency and alignment with organisational goals.
- 5 - Quality Assurance:
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes to guarantee the delivery of high-quality changes.
- Conduct thorough testing and validation procedures.
- 6 - Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure the competitiveness of our platform.
Qualifications:
- 1 - Must haves:
- Fluency in both English and Chinese.
- Familiar with tools such as JIRA / Confluence.
- Bachelor’s (or higher) degree in a numerical field (e.g. Computer Science, Finance or similar)
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to deliver process and efficiency improvements.
- 2 - Nice to haves:
- PMP / PMI-ACP / CSM certification.
- Experience as a Project Manager in the cryptocurrency or fintech industry.
- Crypto trading experience.
