Job Description
In your new role you will:
1. Be responsible for leading projects on material localization, especially to fulfill increasing localization demands from coming new products to Wuxi.
2. Define project timeline to consider each stakeholder's interest and execute based on the defined plan.
3. Set up project team to get ready for Material/Machine/Manpower/Method and other needed items before project release.
4. Perform risk assessment with team to consider technical issue (supported by material expert), and project risk (cost, time, quality) through entire project life cycle.
5. As PJM to prepare documentations and present at management reviews/PCRB to release project milestones.
6. Coordinate engineering sample build and qualification execution in Wuxi, supported by material expert, and follow up the stress test and update result to team.
Coordinate safe launch build, supported by material expert, and present result with team to get production release.
7. Contact window in Wuxi to align the project status/activity with internal Wuxi stakeholders and global counterparts.
Your Profile
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
1. Bachelor’s Degree or above in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Mechanical/Material Engineering.
2. At least 5 years of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry and better to have PJM certificate.
3. Good experience in project management.
4. Good knowledge of DOE, 8D, FMEA, control plan etc.
5. Good communication skill in both Chinese & English (oral and written).
6. Be passionate about learning and strive for excellence.
