We are seeking a seasoned Procurement Senior Manager to serve as a critical bridge between our business units and global commodity teams. This role is pivotal in aligning procurement strategies with business objectives, fostering high-impact supplier relationships, and enabling innovation through early engagement in the product lifecycle.

You will influence sourcing decisions, mitigate supply risks, and unlock value across the supply chain. You will operate at the intersection of business strategy and procurement execution—translating complex needs into actionable supplier strategies that drive performance, resilience, and growth.

Your role:

• Act as the strategic interface between business units and commodity teams, ensuring alignment of procurement strategies with business goals.
• Lead negotiation preparation by equipping commodity teams and Supplier Account Managers with critical business intelligence.
• Drive scouting and sourcing activities during the pre-NPI (New Product Introduction) phase.
• Manage and oversee component supplier roadmaps, ensuring alignment with product and innovation strategies.
• Evaluate supplier value and risk profiles in the broader business context, initiating mitigation strategies where needed.
• Monitor global political and economic trends to shape procurement and commodity strategies proactively.
• Prepare and implement cross-functional procurement projects in line with agreed specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead productivity initiatives through kaizen events and process improvement programs.
• Develop business cases for cost and value improvements, ensuring cross-functional alignment and execution.
• Manage the savings funnel and track performance against targets.
• Oversee supplier-related activities in sourcing plans, ensuring alignment with project milestones.
• Support Phase-In/Phase-Out (PIPO) planning for new product introductions and lifecycle management.
• Serve as an expert in cost drivers for major commodities, advising on design choices and their financial impact.
• Represent procurement in Advanced Development, Product Development Lifecycle Maintenance (PDLM), and DfX programs.
• Be recognized as a thought leader and subject matter expert in product knowledge and value chain optimization.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive experience in procurement, sourcing, or supply chain management.
• Proven track record in strategic supplier management and cross-functional leadership.
• Strong understanding of global supply markets, commodity trends, and geopolitical risk.
• Demonstrated experience in leading complex projects and delivering measurable business impact.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in the Grooming & Beauty or consumer goods industry.
• Familiarity with digital procurement tools and analytics platforms.
• Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) or supply chain (e.g., CPSM, APICS).
Multilingual capabilities and international work experience.
