About the Role
负责分公司的客户经营分析和策略规划，依托线上和线下平台牵头客户经营活动，统筹孤儿单/保全客户经营与再开发，同时搭建和推动分公司荣誉体系，并规划和落实营销推动方案
岗位职责：
1、绩优人员推动：基于寿险经营数据，深入分析营销员活动量管理、行为及特征，能根据营销员分层，制定精准的经营策略。可以有效赋能营销员基本拓客产品知识。
2、营销费用规划和管理: 管理全省费用，有效监控进度。
3、竞赛策划和执行:根据业务需求，策划制定业务方案。
4、跨部门合作与资源协调：与前线营业区部密切合作，确保重点项目的顺利推进与落地。

3、具有丰富行业经验或项目推动经验者可适当放宽。
