- Support RFQ/ERQ. Handle project PFMEA, flowchart, WI documents creation and updating. Maintain project ECN cases.
- Focus on mass production line continual improvement to achieve site facility expectation. Deal with NCPR case and join in customer service works.
- New assembly machine / fixture /process development.
- Assembly line investment budget
- Production line mechanical design review, existing production line main issue trouble shooting.
- Support Phillips-Medisize plants in China region.
What You Will Do
- Effectively cooperate with product designer to optimize product design and validation; Design and develop the assembly process and tooling to meet production requirement.
- Cooperate with PJM, quality engineers and related teams to build new assembly line according to product requirement by lean thinking.
- Be responsible for process documentation preparation, such as build report, flowchart, PFMEA, work instruction etc..
- Assembly line specific parts and fixture concept design, be responsible for new production line running smoothly and into mass production stage in time.
- Customer visit and audit support from process point of view.
- Continuous process improvement, such as, production yield improvement, process failure mode effect analysis, process capability analysis, manufacturing cost down.
- Prepare assembly investment budget (both hard tool and soft tool) for new products.
- Apply automation techniques to maximize productivity, evaluate technical opportunities and new equipment to improved efficiency.
- Define and execute machine validation protocol to meet medical
- requirement.
- Support manufacturing technology improvement strategy, develop technology capability.
- Manufacturing technology training to related employees.
- Follow EHS related laws, regulations and company's EHS related management regulations, timely report potential risk, and propose safety improvement suggestions; For management position, be responsible for EHS management of the department/team.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)
- Bachelor degree in mechanical engineering
- 5+ years work experience as a process engineer,good knowledge of Electrical or Mechancial design software; Be familiar with mechanical design and assembly process
- Be familiar with statistical evaluation methods; Lean experience; Familiar with office software (Windows, MS Office, AutoCAD)
