NIQ’s OmniSales solution allows today’s leading brands and manufacturers to track their sales performance, as well as the performance of their competitors, across key channels. OmniSales also offers category, segment, and product level trends across major FMCG categories. This role is to lead business development of NIQ Ecommerce Commercial growth independently for the HPC (Household & Personal Care) category. This role reports to the Senior Director of E-Com Commercial group directly.
Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
Commercial Management
Meet NIQ Revenue OP, and independently manage pipeline and revenue conversion.
Serve as the overall e-commerce business owner for Household and Personal Care category.
Know the category: talk and walk HPC
Create & maintain HPC key client universe details, including key contact persons (ecommerce head/CMI), current data subscriptions, category interest, contract terms etc.
Represent Voice of Customer, share client feedback internally and drive solution related quality improvements
Based on NIQ’s e-commerce, OmniSales, and O2O solutions, able to initiate and confirm new projects by collaborating with cross CPG and Operation teams to provide e-commerce solutions to client business issues, develop strategic initiatives for each client.
Own pre-sale analysis, proposal preparation, pitching and negotiation.
Client Engagement
Maintain and Develop client relationship for both local and MNC clients as well as non-CPG clients in HPC space according to clients' business issues.
Work alongside Customer Success leaders in the HPC category to assess client business needs and challenges and formulate corresponding insightful & actionable business advice
Build client relationship and rapport with local decision makers, ensure maximum client satisfaction
Develop business opportunities and manage JBP & account plan for clients.
Able to present publicly for client meetings and webinars.
Data Insights and Analytics
Providing HPC industrial insights and sales-oriented data analysis based on client’s business questions, including industry and category trends, competition landscape, execution optimization, etc.
Strategic thinking to improve the quality of ideas by skillfully analyzing, assessing, and reconstructing ideas and identifying problems and issues.
Qualifications
QUALIFICATIONS
3-5 years sales experience in selling data related solutions preferred or research/marketing experience in leading Market Research/FMCG/Retailing companies
A consultant mindset in problem diagnosis and actionable solution proposed based on data analysis
2+ years of experience in HPC category
Strong commercial sense with in-depth understanding of trade marketing strategy
Good logical thinking and analytical skills
Good presentation skill
Fluent English level in both oral and written
Native level Chinese
