Senior Hardware Engineer

"The role could take the Hardware representative of Minnor and below 3PH UPS project, and lead hardware UT and DVT of UPM and UPS，could well understand release PCBA process，Prolaunch process and well communicaiton/work with internal & cross function to make project success(on component, on simulation,on schedule)；
Co-work together with platform SE to keep Platform development(NPD and New feature),realibility(sustain, issue anslysis and resolve)."

"1. Produtct topology and circuit design:
1) Platform application: Select the appropriate platform for a product development project based on the characteristics of various existing technical platforms;
2) Product development: a. Serve as a hardware representative in Major Repeater type (or project complexity level III) projects and complete hardware development tasks; b. Complete the design and verification of each functional module to meet engineering specifications (Engineering Spec), cost, and schedule requirements;

2. Component application：
1) Component application: In the project, design, selection analysis, and life evaluation are performed for a certain type of key components.
2) Supplier communication: Independently analyze and solve failure cases with suppliers and propose relevant solutions;
3) Problem solving: Design and verify or analyze the failure of a certain type of key components in the project.New feature（requirement） from marketing;
Platform(Product) Quality and Reliability evolution/improvement; Field/application issue resolve;

3. Modeling and simulation:
1) Tool application and circuit simulation: Use PSIM/PLECS/MathCAD to complete the functional principle simulation of a certain topology;
2) Key component simulation: Independently build simulation models and calculate the loss of key components of power converters;

4. Innovation:
New technology evaluation;
Disclosure/patent is included in goal;"

Bachelor and above
>3years in electrical design

"Familiar with type I three-level topolory.
SMPS and SiC GateDrive circuit.
Power conversion and UPS system conditions;
