Senior Embedded Firmware and Hardware Engineer

About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Embedded Firmware and Hardware Engineer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and testing embedded firmware and hardware systems that collect and process real-time sensor data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, test, and optimize embedded firmware for custom IoT devices.
- Design PCB layouts and collaborate with hardware manufacturers and suppliers.
- Integrate sensors and communication modules (BLE, LoRa, Wi-Fi, NB-IoT).
- Conduct hardware debugging, signal analysis, and power optimization.
- Collaborate with the software engineering team for firmware-cloud integration.
- Maintain technical documentation and compliance standards (e.g., CE, FCC).
Requirements:
- Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in embedded systems development.
- Proficient in C/C++, Python, and RTOS (FreeRTOS or Zephyr preferred).
- Experience with STM32, ESP32, or similar microcontrollers.
- Familiarity with tools like Altium Designer or KiCad for PCB layout.
- Knowledge of communication protocols (UART, SPI, I2C, MQTT).
- Strong debugging skills using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, etc.
