We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.
Business: GTS Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Design, develop, and implement IT solutions using Java, Spring Boot, and JPA to meet business requirements.
- Apply design patterns to create robust and scalable software architectures.
- Conduct system tests, user acceptance tests, and provide support during system implementation.
- Ensure high-quality deliverables that meet industry standards and best practices.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks in solution proposals, system design, and implementation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues as they arise.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Strong software development and coding skills, particularly in Java and Spring Boot.
- Demonstrated ability in software design and familiarity with design patterns, and the ability to apply them effectively.
- Hands-on experience with Core Java, Maven, and RESTful API testing using tools like REST Assured and JUnit.
- Strong problem-solving skills and innovative thinking.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
What additional skills will be good to have?
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field with 10+ years of relevant experience.
- Experience working in Agile methodologies, including Scrum or SAFe.
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
- Self-motivated, positive, and flexible, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global team.
