We’re looking for a strategist who lives and breathes social media. You’ll drive the strategy, planning, and execution of video and content distribution across social platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of short-form video, social algorithms, and content performance analytics. You’ll collaborate closely with our creative team to make sure every piece of content finds the right audience, in the right format, at the right time.
What you’ll do:
Develop and execute platform-specific strategies for TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, Instagram, and emerging channels
Optimize publishing cadence, captions, thumbnails, and CTAs to maximize reach and engagement
Partner with editors and creators to ensure content is platform-native and audience-ready
Monitor social trends and translate them into actionable briefs for the creative team
Track and report on performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversion) and use insights to refine strategy
Manage content calendars and ensure consistent, timely distribution of assets
Experiment with new tools, formats, and distribution hacks to keep us ahead of the curve
What we’re looking for:
3 - 5 years of experience in social content strategy, digital marketing, or community growth (ideally with video-first brands)
Proven success in growing social audiences and driving measurable engagement through short-form video
Strong knowledge of social algorithms, SEO for video, and platform best practices
Excellent communication skills — able to work cross-functionally with creatives and marketing stakeholders
Analytical mindset with comfort in using data to inform decisions
Proactive, trend-savvy, and excited to experiment with new formats and tools

Design: Canva or Figma (for thumbnails & social assets)
