岗位职责:
1.大促活动落地执行:协助大促团队完成关键营销节点的活动执行,确保各环节按时高质量交付。
2.资源整合运营:统筹站内资源位(首焦/弹窗/频道页)与站外资源(KOL/社媒)的排期与效果跟踪。
3.营销页面搭建:主导活动专题页策划,协同设计/开发团队完成从原型图到上线全流程,持续优化页面转化率。
4.价格策略优化:监控竞品价格动态,结合历史销售数据提出调价建议,维护商品价格竞争力。
5.商品信息管理:优化商品主图/视频/详情页,提升用户购买体验。
6.跨部门协作:对接市场/客服/产品团队,推动活动期间优惠政策、流量承接、客诉处理、履约保障等全链路协同。
任职要求:
1.1-3年电商平台/OTA行业经验,有完整大促项目经历者优先。
2.学习能力强,能快速理解业务逻辑掌握必要工具使用技能。
3.注重细节把控,富有同理心,致力于提升用户体验。
4.具有团队协作精神,沟通能力强。
5.具备英文会议沟通及邮件撰写能力。
