You will bring expertise in freight forwarding — particularly in origin warehouse consolidation and data-driven decision-making — to optimize operations. The successful candidate will be comfortable with quantitative analysis, qualitative insights, and strategic communication, turning complex findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders at all levels.

Actively integrate data, leveraging analytics to scope and implement levers to drive speed & reliability globally, and create monitoring tools to track progress.
- Lead Strategic Projects: Own end-to-end freight-forwarding initiatives — from conceptualization, to planning, execution, and measurement — focused on reducing incident rates and improving performance.
- Collaborate Across Functions: Be an effective contributor in a team that manages multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment - partner with global operations, technology, and supplier teams to design and deliver process transformations.
- Enhance Performance Frameworks: Develop and implement sustainable performance management models that enable long-term improvements across supply chain processes.
What You'll Need:
- Analytical & Technical Competency: Advanced proficiency in SQL/BigQuery, Excel/Google Sheets, and visualization tools (Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, or Google Data Studio). Proficiency in Google Suite and Microsoft Office.
- Work Experience: Strong background in logistics, supply chain, or freight forwarding preferred; knowledge of warehouse consolidation a plus. Proven success operating within an analytical focused role providing agile business insights for impactful business decisions. Ideally, within an operational/ supply chain environment.
