Minimum qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in business, marketing or business problem-solving at an agency, technology, or media company.
- 2 years of experience in managing Chinese enterprise clients, agencies, or customers.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin and English fluently to support local clients.
Preferred qualifications:
- Experience in business within the technology, advertising, media or internet environments.
- Experience with Google Ads and YouTube account management with managing advertising or media campaigns.
- Experience in managing multiple accounts while paying attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and grow in a changing environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and thinking skills.

Responsibilities
- Develop Chinese customer’s business via directly driving scaled product adoption and growth.
- Work towards tactical goals while prioritizing and delivering quality customer experience to Google's agencies and advertisers.
- Implement ways to improve our agency and customer relationships and share performance enhancing suggestions.
- Manage business growth and productivity goals, and motivate in-quarter product adoptions.
- Provide tactical advice and help our advertisers get the investment return on their advertising by working in a consultative role with Executive Account Strategist.
