1.Independently takes responsibility of project management and execution, technical issue identification and resolution and on-time delivery of service and product as customer's demand. Acts as technical expert or leader in the cross-functional project team to make the project success.
2.Independently Plan, prepare and execute the assigned multiple project within the timeline and budget. Plan and allocate the team resource according to the urgency and importance of projects to mare sure all projects are on track.
3.Identify the potential technical and project issue, and design and push forward the experimental plan to resolve the problem in an efficient way. Summarize the knowledge of process and project obtained during the project execution to update the team workshop.
4.Communicate closely and present periodically the project progress and issue in verbal or written forms to leader and customer. According to project requirement, to complete the research report and technical document in Chinese or English, and fully take charge of report and document of team, and guarantee the quality of report and document and on-time delivery. Supervise and check subordinates to make recording, documentation and archive.
5.Manage and supervise the lab maintenance and safety of team as 5s requirement to keep the assigned lab area and equipment in good status
6.Support production to prepare the related techincal documents: use test, parameter lsit, batch record, process accessorial record, process flow diagram, training book, CR and process know how et al.
7.Support other function to investigate the abnormality of production and quality, set up and perform CAPA.
8.Take GMP samples : IPC, intermediate, product, stability sample, rinse sample
Qualifications
1.Master/Ph.D degree, Has a consolidated knowledge of synthetic organic chemistry, in particular reaction mechanism, and can proficiently design and execute the multiple-synthetic route including the complex stereochemistry control.
2.Has a good track record of process development and scale-up, and be expertise for the practical workflow of process development.
3.Excellent presentation skill.
4.Fluent in read and written and oral English.
