ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Content partnership maintenance & development
- Serve as a trusted advisor to law firm and corporate legal clients on the use of our legal solutions
- Own client onboarding processes, ensuring smooth adoption and implementation of solutions
- Provide product training, best practice guidance, and support to increase product usage
- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs and participate in client meetings as a legal subject-matter expert
- Deliver product demonstrations and consult on how our tools solve specific legal workflow problems
- Track customer satisfaction and usage to identify expansion and renewal opportunities
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients to ensure ROI and long-term success
- Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to provide feedback and influence roadmap
Requirements& Competencies:
- JD, LLM, LLB or equivalent degree preferred.
- 2+ years of experience in a legal role (e.g., law firm, in-house counsel) or legal tech industry
- Relevant experience in customer success preferred.
- Understanding of legal industry in China
- Understanding of industry and commercial priorities
- Ability to identify, research and commission new products or a demonstrated desire to develop these skills and evidence of aptitude.
- Ability to manage a large and demanding workload and adhere to deadlines.
- Ability to track and report on progress in an organized manner.
- Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills, comfort working with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to network internally and externally to develop productive professional relationships.
- Adaptability and continuous improvement.
- Excellent communication, organization and problem-solving skills.
- Demonstrated legal research skills.
- Language skills: native Chinese essential; fluent English preferred.
