Comcast NBCUniversal has announced its intent to create a new publicly traded company ('Versant') comprised of most of NBCUniversal's cable television networks, including USA Network, CNBC, MSNBC, Oxygen, E!, SYFY and Golf Channel along with complementary digital assets Fandango, Rotten Tomatoes, GolfNow, GolfPass, and SportsEngine. Job Description
JOB OVERVIEW
The Sales Operations Intern for Global TV Distribution will support Television Distributions sales efforts for NBCU’s films and TV products in China, helping with pre-sale preparation and post-sale execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with sales efforts for NBCU’s films and TV products in China
- Support pre-sale activities including but not limited to preparing title list, pitch deck, and organizing screening events.
- Monitor and analyze viewership data and performance of NBCU content across partner platforms to support sales strategies
- Stay informed on market trends and regulatory environment and provide relevant insight to support internal planning
Qualifications
Basic Requirements:
Education:
- Undergraduate or postgraduate students in the 2nd year or 3rd year at university, major in (media, communication, marketing or business)
- Able to physically work in Shanghai office at least 3 workdays per week, starting from July 2025, for at least 5-month internship.
Core Skills:
- Proficient Excel & PowerPoint
- Strong analytical and market research skills.
- Native Chinese speaker, and good command of English

- Accountable; detail oriented.
- Interested in foreign films and TV Series is a plus
