Job Description
- 负责地区的设备，耗材，备件，服务销售业务，实现区域指定销售目标
- 密切关注活跃客户动态，通过开发新客户，维护老客户，提高公司市场份额，增加销售额。
Key Responsibilities
- 完成该区域的销售业绩，包括设备，耗材，备件，服务和合同的正常签订。
- 通过可视化日常管理和标准工作，确保客户的清晰度和销售活动的有效性，避免丢失客户；提升销售团队的人均产能
- 对客户的有效价格管理，提高设备，耗材，备件销售额和毛利率
- 在SFDC客户关系管理：
- LEADS）；更新销售活动记录；合同谈判。
- 应收账款管理
- 客户在标识设备使用中的投诉和异议的内部协调与跟进
- 与服务部门，销售支持部门等紧密合作，来确保业绩的完成
- 在服务时候收集相关市场信息，以便公司可以优化产品，提高行业竞争优势
Education, Background and Skill Requirements
- 大学本科学历，机械或自动化相关专业优先
- 有3-5年工业制品或者产品包装线整体解决方案直销经验，在标识行业上下游公司经验优先
- 良好的沟通技能和销售技能
- 熟练使用MS的EXCEL功能，从数据中发现问题的能力和解决问题的能力
- 适应频繁出差
- 外资企业工作经历更佳
- 自备车或驾照优先
