Sales Administrator - Your Future Position?
As a Sales Administrator in our Taste & Wellbeing Division, you will report to the Sales Manager and support the daily work of sales team. Sound interesting? It could well be your perfect opportunity.
In this exciting role you will:
- Internal coordination to facilitate samples and illustration
- Internal data system input and management
- Sample stock management and delivery
- Sales data recording and reports preparation & analysis
- Provide administrative support to sales manager
- Communication with clients and follow up all sorts of business activities
- Support product advertising in WeChat public account
- Assist commercial activities to prepare promotion kits for relative seminar and forum
- Logistics and admin support to sales team
- Other tasks assigned by the line manager

Your professional profile includes:
- College degree or above
- Good communication and co-ordination skill
- Hard working, detail oriented
- Proactive, team player
- Willing to support attitude and customer-oriented
- Strong commercial sense and business acumen are preferred
- Good command of English and good computer operation skills
