Key Duties and Responsibilities:
1. To focus on local demand creation business development from the designated key accounts customers.
2. To coordinate the global activities of GSA account includes but not limited on strategy development and deployment, commercial terms and project opportunities alignment, top-down customer relationship build and maintenance among all other regions.
3. To develop key account business strategy in terms of business growth among all potential product portfolios within all business segment of that account, follow up the deployment of an agreed-upon account strategy.
4. To develop and maintain a strong partnership with those key accounts customers.
5. To align with HQ/BU on the designated account development strategy to seek for all necessary support. To cooperate with HQ/BU on the product strategy deployment of the designated accounts.
6. To coordinate with all other functional team to support the customer operation and problem solving.
Skills and Requirements
1. Bachelor's or master's with a major of EE, computer science, automation etc with basic principal knowledge possessed. Or majored with others but an easy going for relation building quickly.
2. Fluent English in speaking, writing and listening
3. 5 years+ working experience in a sales role for an auto semiconductor as sales, business development or marketing development
4. Passionate in the semiconductor or auto industry
5. Positive culture of “CAN DO” and taking ownership
6. Having a certain level of relationship with targeted auto tier1 or OEMs
7. Self-driving or motivated to be eager for success. 8. High ethical standards and honest attitude.
