Position overview
We are seeking a motivated Retail Operation Executive to join our team! You will be playing an integral part in Retail Operation team. If you like working in a fast-paced environment, making data-driven decisions and fostering alignment among key stakeholders – then this role is for you!
What you ‘ll be doing
- Monitor stock levels, manage retail shop regular orders and ensure sufficient stock to support sales need
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of systems and provide support to the retail team on the POS system
- Provide full-range support on day-to-day operations and sales activities to maximize sales and take lead to implement enhancements to achieve operational efficiency.
- Work close with Marketing team to support all POS marketing promotions
- Assist in retail project management including roadshows, new shop and shop renovations
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and stock replenishment to keep management informed
- Perform ad hoc duties if required
Requirements
Who we’re looking for
- 2-3 years of experience in retail operation or related
- Strong understanding of Store operation and needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Cantonese, Mardian and English speaking
