Responsibilities:
The DI intern engineer is responsible for the Design and the Development support of load boards supporting ADVANTEST's ATE (Automatic Testing Equipment) in the device evaluation and/or mass production. Your main duties are all aspects of PCB (printed circuit board) design including electrical components selection. In addition, development support is also your duties; including PCB materials qualification, power circuitry design, and high speed circuitry design, under the leadership of mentor. You will be interfacing with a cross-functional team to develop board level implementations. You will be preparing specifications, design documentation, schematic entry, constraint entry, library creation, leading board layout, product bring-up, and debug. The development models vary for these projects - in some cases you will be developing all the design collateral internally and in other cases you will be overseeing the design work at external suppliers, but in all cases, you will be responsible for the success of the design implementation.
Requirements:Qualifications:
- Enough capability to cover responsibilities of DI engineer in future.
- Master or excellent bachelor graduates majored in electronic engineering, microelectronics, automation, instrumentation, communications or related disciplines,familiar with digital, analog circuit design;
- Technical oriented, self-learning ability, can learn and work effectively under high pressure
- Good verbal and written English skill;
- Good communication skill;
- Project experience in IC design, IC application development and support or IC test is preferred
