RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Deliver Annual Sales Target, regional Plans and Strategies
- Exhibit sound business sense and logic when utilizing assigned expense budget.
- Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to achieve In- Market Sales Target.
- Manage the distributor to perform the following functions to provide professional technical Support
- To perform the function of distributor support and monitoring
- To review, build up and modify the sales team structure, account allocation and regional
- Monthly/weekly business reports to National Sales Manager/business unit director
- Provide timely and comprehensive market information to management as requested.
- Handle and process customer complaints in timely manner and according to SJM policy and requirement
- Execute the job responsibilities according to applicable standard operating procedures of SJM
- Ensure applicable standard operating procedures of SJM are executed
- Perform other related functions and responsibilities assigned by supervisor
REQUIREMENTS:
- Industry Experience: 5 years or more of medical device industry is preferred

Job experience:
- 10 years of sales experience in hospital environment OR, 5 year of medical industry sales experience.

Specific job requirement:
- Frequent travelling to customer clinics, hospitals and offsite meetings.
- On call for emergency/follow-ups cases during weekends or after office hours
- Able to work on weekends during scientific meetings/workshops
- Self-motivated and possesses the drive to achieve results
- Team player, and must be able to work independently as well
