Job Description
- Manage Region Capital Sales Team directly and Region Service Team in matrix
- To manage and lead sales team to achieve annual area sales target
- To develop and build up team capability by coaching and delegation
- To support to implement business strategy
- To execute and complete action plans in time.
- To generate profitable sales of our products in China
- To identify project sales opportunity and win project sales
- To follow through sales order including quotation, technical clarification, and delivery.
- To build up and maintain good relationship with our customers, agents and designing institutes
- To cooperate with product application function
- To develop to be a local product expert
- To assist in product marketing in China
Requirement
- 8 years working experience as sales, experience in paper mill preferred
- 2 years’ experience in leading sales teams, good team management skills in a plus
- Good knowledge & skills in developing sales strategy and sales plan and budgeting, engage the team to accomplish the sales target
- Strong competence to identify sales opportunities, building and maintaining good relationship with customers, conducting critical negations to get sales deals.
- communication well in English both spoken and written
- Bachelor degree or above, major in automation or relative
- Good interpersonal and presentation skills
- Willing to travel frequently
