About this Position
The Regional Education Manager will provide leadership to the region, organize, oversee SKP education/trends/event related activities and projects and drive synergy between SKP/SP.What you´ll do
- SKP part:
- Collaborates with MKT teams to develop regional initiatives/events to drive the brand growth, develops strategies to attract and retain customers. E.g. APAC bleach big campaign technical part.
- Regional shooting on the technical part.
- Reviews and analyzes regional training records and reports.
- Collaborate with global teams on data requests etc.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement in the training offers in the region.
- Develops education programs and promotions to support NPD launches.
- Share strategic views to education team and provide guide on the business priorities.
- Schedules and directs regular meetings and events to share information and to increase morale.
- Maintains knowledge of market, competition, and best practices and trends in sales techniques and strategies.
- Conducts team performance evaluations that are timely and constructive.
- Synergy part: SKP+SP
- Joint event planning: potential GCHA event rollout in APAC.
- Uplift the team capabilities in term of event/training/seminars.
- Standardization of basic technical knowledge and cascade to all the region.
- Product testing.
- Build regional talent pool.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
What makes you a good fit
- Technical background plus corporate experience, knowledge on SKP and SP brands.
- Strong verbal English and written communication skills.
- Excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
- Thorough understanding of company’s products and/or services, and those of immediate competitors in the surrounding market [SKP+SP].
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
