Duties & Responsibilities
Provide solutions 10%
●Assess the existing water, electricity, and gas conditions in the workshop and conduct preliminary evaluations of the electrical equipment;
●Assist mechanical engineers in completing the electromechanical collaborative evaluation of the entire machine.
Electrical assembly 50%
●Responsible for the full process design of the electrical system, including schematic drawing, equipment selection (such as PLC, frequency converter, sensor), and BOM table preparation
●Software programming of the selected mainstream PLC, focusing on logic control in terms of error prevention, interlocking, abnormal alarm, and defective discharge. And responsible for all electrical work of the entire machine
●Develop and apply mainstream robotic arms, and collaborate with visual software engineers to complete development work such as hand eye calibration and guidance;
Electrical assembly 15%
●Check electrical components and standard parts
●Perform electrical assembly or guide electricians to assemble equipment according to the electrical schematic diagram.
Debug equipment 15%
●Debug equipment to meet design requirements
●Improve production efficiency, improve quality and reduce labor cost.
Outsourcing Project Management 10%
●Collect project requirement information.
●Develop external automation suppliers.
●Review design proposal.
●Track project progress.
●Assist in commissioning equipment.
●Assist in equipment acceptance.
Qualification & Requirements
- College graduation with bachelor's degree
- Majored in Electrical, Electrical and Automation
- More than 8 years of electrical work experience and have served as the chief electrical designer in enterprises above a certain scale for more than 5 years;
- 10 or more single equipment electrical development, 2 or more full line development experience;
- Experience in process improvement and process problem solving.
- Familiar with office software and electrical design software such as EPLAN, SolidWorks Electrical.
- Electrical planning and overall design capability for the entire automated production line.
- Strong customer-centric awareness and better planning and organizational skills
- Ability to comprehensively analyze and solve problems, with innovative ideas and strong sense of team assistance.
