Quotation Engineer

Eaton Corporation, Electrical Group, Power Distribution APAC, China Sales organization has an opening for a Quotation Engineer in Eaton Shanghai Pudong, China.
The Customer Service Specialist will be responsible for Greater China Power Distribution Division Business support: customer credit, T&C risks and other exposure risk management, order processing, logistics arrangement and invoice processing. The position will report directly to CS Manager. The position will be required to proffer value-added service and communication to China & Asia Pacific Customers, Sales communities & organizational efficiency.

  职责说明

• To assist customers with product selection, prepare contract according QE’s quotations, order processing, especially for Domestic and Overseas distributor customers.
  2. Handling customer inquiries on stock availability, tracking order and delivery status.
  3. Assisting customers with analysis of application requirements. Coordinating information flow with factory or product engineering as necessary to meet customer’s special requirements.
  4. Receiving, reviewing for accuracy of pricing and technical data according to QE’s quotation and processing of customer orders.
  5. Ensure that documentation meets customer domestic / export needs to ensure delivery of goods.
  6. Preparing necessary documentation to negotiate Letters of Credit with the bank. Requires coordination with customer, freight forwarder, chamber of commerce, and bank to process Letters of Credit.
  7. Initiatives launching with negotiate commercial terms and conditions with customer/Sales so as to assure we can fully meet reasonable requirements of customer while persuade customer to delete risky articles.
  8. Supporting sales leaders to do the channels performance data collection and data analysis.

客服专员
1. 协助客户进行产品选择，根据 报价工程师 的报价准备合同，处理订单，特别是针对 国内外渠道商 客户。
2. 处理客户对库存可用性的询问，跟踪订单和交货状态。
3. 协助客户应用需求。根据需要与工厂或产品工程部门协调信息流，以满足客户的特殊要求。
4. 根据 报价工程师 的报价单，审查价格和合同条款准确性并处理客户订单。
5. 确保文件符合客户国内/出口需求，以确保货物交付。
6. 协助工厂和销售团队实现订单和销售目标。
7. 主动与客户/销售部门协商商业条款和条件，以确保我们能够充分满足客户的合理要求，同时说服客户删除有风险的条款。
8.协助销售经理做渠道绩效数据收集及数据分析。

1. College degree or above;
2. More than 3 year experience

1. 大专及以上学历；
2. 3年以上工作经验，有客户服务履约经验者优先；

Good interpersonal and communication skill;
Skillful in SAP system is a plus;
Good English on reading and writing
Proactive work, able to manage multi-tasks at the same time;
Major in Electrical or commercial;
Skillful in export Logistics knowledge is a plus
