03工作内容
与其他部门通力合作，掌握生产核心要素（机器，人员、材料、方法、环境、测评）并进行最佳规划和利用，支持精益理念并将其纳入制造工艺，不断持续优化改进或再造生产流程，提高生产效率，提供超越顾客期望的具有成本竞争力的产品；
合理规划配置产能及材料供应，用最低的库存和成本来最大程度地满足市场需求；
配合或引领执行供应链项目实施（如：卓越工厂等）；
熟知强生质量、安全、合规体系，确保生产运营流程遵循质量、合规、安全等相关政策规定。
