Job Description
The Qualification Lead is responsible for leading project qualification activities planning, execution, and reporting to support smooth project handover to site users.
- Lead project qualification planning, scheduling, and resource management throughout the project lifecycle
- Ensure project's qualification standards and requirements are met
- Oversee contractor qualification plan preparation and execution
- Lead review and approval of qualification protocols, reports, and risk assessments
- Support Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) and Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) planning and execution
- Lead Computer System Validation (CSV) documentation generation and review
- Implement and oversee C&Q self-inspections for qualification activities
- Provide input on technical aspects of commissioning and qualification processes
- Support change management processes and ensure C&Q representation at change review boards
- Attend project meetings and lead project-specific qualification activities as required
- Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned and problem-solving initiatives
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Mechanical, or a related field
- Experience in project management and leading qualification activities
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation and blueprints
- Proficiency in planning and executing Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) and Site Acceptance Tests (SAT)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Relevant certifications in qualification, commissioning, or project management can be advantageous
