- Execute purchasing strategy of company groups assigned:
- Product sourcing and management: conduct research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value;
- Collect supplier information (Via Auto Show, Matching conference, or Website)
- Verify supplier information and Make assessment, Study supplier capability and specialty.
- Build up/Maintain/update supplier information in system folder, keep supplier contact list and contracts updated timely.
- Handle with Customer RFQ, transfer RFQ to supplier, follow up quotations.
- Search and determine suitable products from supplier, recommend to indicated customers. .
- Making quarterly purchase analysis reports, transfer reports to headquarters for global purchasing assessment.
- Conduct NPM supplier sourcing and purchasing.
- Handle with ERP management, update ERP data timely.
- Other related works assigned by management.
- Experience: At least 1 years related working experience on product sourcing and purchasing, automobile industry experiences a plus.
- Skill requirements: Familiar with Mechanical and Engineering, has knowledge on thermal system parts a plus.
- Computer: Good personal computer skills (Word, Excel, Power point etc.).
- Language: English skill is required for both written and oral.
- Diligent and good team working spirits, able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
