Role Overview
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Manager to lead IT and AV infrastructure projects across diverse client environments. This role requires strong project execution skills, client engagement, and the ability to support pre-sales efforts while ensuring technical alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management & Technical Oversight
- Lead cross-functional teams across multiple concurrent projects
- Maintain project timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Track milestones and adjust plans proactively
- Monitor third-party vendors and ensure deliverables meet expectations
- Ensure technical compliance and alignment with business requirements
- Review vendor proposals for cost-effectiveness and quality
- Mitigate risks related to solution architecture and implementation
- Pre-Sales Support
- Collaborate with the sales team to scope and define project requirements
- Participate in client meetings and presentations to support solution proposals
- Assist in preparing project estimates, timelines, and resource plans
- Review technical documentation and contribute to bid responses
- Communication & Documentation
- Create and present documentation using Excel, Visio, and PowerPoint
- Communicate clearly with high-profile clients and internal stakeholders
- Deliver regular project reports and updates
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in IT and AV infrastructure project management
- Familiarity with PMI, Prince2, or other project management methodologies
- Technical expertise in one or more of the following:
- Structured Cabling, Racks
- Door Access Control
- AV & Video Conferencing Systems
- MEP or HVAC
- Complex Data & Telephony Networks
Language Requirements
- Fluent in English and Mandarin (written and spoken)
