- Relevant bachelor degree or above (e.g. major in business administration, supply chain etc.)
- 8+ years relevant experience in a large international company, preferably in Consulting firms (e.g. in supply chain operation, logistics or international trade)
- Strong knowledge and experience in operation or project management, or with solid consulting firm background, hands on real business cases
- Skillful in presentation and data analytics, with actionable insight
- Good communication and people engagement skill
- Proficient in English, both written and oral, CET8 or equivalent
- Traveling >30%
