Description
Leads and manages the procurement team to achieve strategic goals.
Develops and implements procurement strategies to meet organizational needs.
Negotiates contracts and agreements with suppliers to secure favorable terms.
Monitors supplier performance and ensures compliance with contractual obligations.
Collaborates with cross-functional teams to streamline procurement processes.
Ensure integration and alignment of procurement strategy and policy with the organizations business plan.
Develop key strategic supplier partnerships with regard to the most critical commodities for assigned scope
Responsible for leading a multi-functional team (e.g., procurement project engineer, procurement Life cycle managers, commodity
managers CE-T's and strategic buyers). On global/business or local bases
Drive procurement transformation in the Business /sites /site
Ensure procurement/ supplier related risks are identified, controlled and mitigated.
Manage pipeline of talent in line with required competences
Manage business logistic requirement being implemented at supplier to ensure right supply performance to meet customer requirements
Drive supplier innovation and early supplier involvement in NPDL projects
Ensure cost effectiveness incl. site procurement function in line with AOP
Maximize Supplier performance and results based on effective Supplier Relationship Management (cost, quality, delivery, service,
innovation)
Ensure End-2-End process compliance & efficiency from requisition to delivery
Responsible for driving TCO and BOM cost, lead Dfx,VE and cost modeling for your assigned site/ sites and or business
