1. Based on the verification experience, prepare work instructions and be responsible for training employees.
2. Participate in the process improvement of conventional products.

Education & Experience:
- Associate degree (College Diploma) in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related technical field; OR equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of formal education.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in manufacturing processes (e.g., process development, process optimization, production flow control, quality control, etc.).
