About the role
- New product/process development and be responsible for developing product die-cutting process
- Carry out design for manufactory reviews, ensuring that all new products are designed for optimum materials utilization, efficiency and to meet customer requirements
- Evaluations of supplier’s production process, evaluation of packing related topic
- Process optimization on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost
- Take leaker for troubleshooting of quality and process issue
What you will do
- New product/process development and be responsible for developing product die-cutting process
- Ability to design and develop die-cutting tools
- Carry out design for manufactory reviews, ensuring that all new products are designed for optimum materials utilization, efficiency and to meet customer requirements
- Evaluations of supplier’s production process, evaluation of packing related topic
- Process optimization on safety, quality, efficiency, and cost
- Take leader for troubleshooting of quality and process issue
- Be familiar with quality management system and 5 quality tools and apply them in daily work
- Design report creation for standard products
- Responsible for New NART application and process master data in SAP
- Other assigned work based on needs
What you will need
Education Background
- Bachelor’s degree or above
Skills/Capabilities/Working Experience Requirement
- At least 3 years’ experience in a process development of die-cutting
- Good process optimization on safety, quality, and efficiency experience
- Have experience of project management (planning and implementation
- Familiarity with or mastery of digital applications such as Power BI and AI to optimize relevant processes
- Strong team working and communication skills required
Languages, Certificates and Skills
- 8D approach
- IATF 16949:2016
- 5 tools (APQP/PPAP/FMEA/SPC/MSA)
