What you´ll do
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and execute new technology/product development projects of thermal management materials.

Work closely with global and regional customers and supplier partners to find new collaboration opportunities and troubleshoot problems.

Lead innovation projects independently with ownership.

Strengthen Henkel’s IP though patent development in thermal management materials.

Contribute to new technology, digitalization, automation, sustainability and diversity.

Ensure compliance with Henkel corporate SHE and 5S standards, policies and procedures and manage the daily lab SHE and 5S work.
- Support operation on product scaleup, process optimization and quality.
What makes you a good fit
- PHD or master’s degree in polymer science or material science.
- Deep know-how of Thermal management material technology, or silicone adhesive development or filler surface treatment.
- Fluent verbal & written communication in English.
