Job Responsibilities
1、负责报告进度表遵守情况并改进关键绩效指标 (KPI) 的遵守情况，同时确保所有已发布的流程订单均具有基于商定进度表的关联日期，并在生产后 24 小时内关闭。
2、计划员（每日）和制造支持操作员进行有效的接触和沟通，按时完整地交付生产计划，以便始终保持服务和生产绩效。
3、开发和维护系统和程序，以确保遵守所有阿克苏诺贝尔标准。
4、与规划团队和后勤部门联络，沟通并持续改进遵守计划的问题，并确保通过根本原因分析和精益方法将行动落实到位。
5、负责沟通影响产能的变化（短期/中期和长期），包括设备能力（灌装线分配、灌装速率、开放时间、维护……）。
6、负责维护调度系统，包括与 IT 相关联系人（内部和/或外部）联系。
7、确保调度系统的有效数据管理，了解现场资产限制并进行离线持续改进建模，以确保进一步优化工厂效率和粗切产能规划的输入。
8、与其他生产服务的日常协调（标签、包装……）。
9、与物流部门协调外向交货，中间体管理。
10、生产部门内日常目标和结果的沟通。
Experience
1、至少 2 -3年生产或规划同等经验, 汽车，化工，食品快销相关行业从业经验优先。
2、团队合作/建设、时间管理、沟通、客户联络、桌面 IT、问题解决。
3、财务、健康与安全、涂料制造工艺、程序/政策、产品、供应链、包装规范。
4、本科及以上学历，好的水平的英语口语和书面表达，流利的当地语言。
5、具有现场调度系统的超级用户允许通过产品组合发布调度并优化生产线效率，同时保持对调度的遵守。
