Responsibilities:
- Ensure the 6S standards of the production area are strictly maintained.
- Perform line clearance activities and line opening activities according to working instruction requirements.
- Conduct daily maintenance and inspection of the production line as per working instruction requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to successfully implement research projects.
- Determine and analyze data to support research objectives.
- Compete in delivering high-quality research outcomes within set timelines.
- Implement additional tasks as assigned to support team objectives.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a research role within a scientific or industrial setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
- Outstanding attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
- Proficient in English and Mandarin.
