About the JOB
1. Develop, implement and achieve the annual business/budget plan for the operation including achievement of Safety, quality, Delivery, and cost saving.
2. Recommend and assist in developing and implementing short-term and long-range plans and operating policies for manufacturing, provide direct supervision & coach direct reports to predict problem and work with LF operation system to reach plant target.
3. Manage all operation functions including Production, Engineering, Equipment maintenance, Facility, Admin, coordinate with Human resource, EHS and finance, to run operation in a safe and healthy work environment, acc to corporate policy.
4. Establish and maintain the manufacturing related procedure to meet the ISO9001/IATF16949 requirements. Direct and manage equipment/plant maintenance system, to well implement pre-maintenance activities, reduce machine down time, support smooth production.
5. Monitor testing and pilot runs of new or improved products and new process, and review and evaluate the results of research work
6. Direct and participate in development and improvement of existing products and process, conduct and direct technical researches needed; Prepared cost estimated and bill of materials
7. Provide direct supervision to overall operation cost control, and direct/conduct plant continual improvement projects from top to down and bottom up on yield improvement, scrap reduction, productivity improvement and other improvement project, to improve quality, OTD and cost reduction, create and promote 6 sigma and lean culture.Manage Direct and coordinate programs essential to manufacturing such as lean training & cost reduction, develop high potential associates in talent review.

About You
1. Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering
2. At least 15 years experience in the electronical component manufacturing & equipment or engineering management.
3. Managing a team of 100+ personal.
4. Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills
5. Familiar with SPC,FMEA and ITAF16949 quality system requirement, product liability and product quality process requirement
6. Good interpersonal and communication skills,both verbal and written in English,
7. Experience in engineering or equipment development in automotive industry is preferred
