You will be part of our Contract Logistics team, adding your technical expertise + skills to the delivery of Customer + Operational Excellence.
Your Role
To support our Warehouse Management Solutions (WMS) ensuring professional, timely + accurate responses to tender inquiries, project scoping, implementation, operational support + continuous improvement. You will do this by working with a variety of internal + external stakeholders while focusing on the following key objectives.
Your Responsibilities
- To develop + manage a sizeable pipeline of opportunities, actively driving each opportunity through the entire Customer Engagement Cycle.
- To lead commercial negotiations + create high quality business proposals.
- To actively develop + maintain customer contacts along with a network of prospects.
- To actively network + link with other colleagues (Subject matter experts, Vertical Specialists, Account Managers) at every level of the organisation, from global to regional to country.
- To highlight achievements in the business development space using a variety of dynamic tools.
- To capture + manage business + market intelligence, ensuring the communication of same to key stakeholders.
- To drive + roll-out yearly business development plans.
Your Skills and Experiences
- It is required candidates who are skilled for Java, JavaScript, SQL Query to do development.
- It is required candidates who are familiar with the development of WMS including front-end and back-end.
- It is required candidate who are familiar with the warehouse process.
- It is required candidate who could speak or communicate in English.
- It prefers the candidate who had experience on BlueYonder WMS.
- It prefers the candidate who had experience on EDI or API.
- It is required candidates who have a better interactions and communication skills with customers and cross department
