Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled NAND Flash Engineer to join our Technology Development group within the Performance and Reliability Team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in advancing our NAND flash memory technology by conducting array characterization, developing algorithms, and performing feasibility studies for new NAND technology nodes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Array Characterization: Conduct detailed characterization of NAND flash memory arrays to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
- Algorithm Development: Develop and optimize algorithms for NAND flash memory to enhance performance and reliability.
- Feasibility Studies: Perform feasibility studies for new NAND technology nodes to assess potential performance and reliability improvements.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Team to integrate new algorithms and characterization techniques. Collaborate with the Process Development Team to ensure manufacturability and scalability of new NAND technology nodes. Partner with the Reliability Team to ensure that new NAND technologies meet or exceed reliability standards.
- Data Analysis: Analyze and interpret data from characterization and feasibility studies to guide technology development.
- Documentation and Presentation: Document and present findings to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in NAND flash memory technology, including array characterization and algorithm development.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Experience with data analysis tools and software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ph.D. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience with advanced NAND technology nodes.
- Familiarity with reliability testing and standards for NAND flash memory.
