About the Team

Our Manufacturing Engineering team is responsible for manufacturing processes of product, define the equipment fixture and tooling to implement the production came true for customer with an excellent way.

What you can look forward to as ME Valve Assembly Engineer:

• To be responsible for machining process planning, development, verification and optimization.
• To complete related tasks of Production Planner in project team.
• To be responsible for setup and verification of machining process parameters, summarizing of sample report, creating and maintaining of process documents (such as PFC, P-FMEA, process card, etc.) according to Quality System requirement.
• To be responsible for editing of delivery specification, reviewing of proposal and design, installation and acceptance, handover and launch of new production equipment with suppliers.
• To be responsible for design, manufacturing, verification, acceptance and optimization of fixture and tools including program with or w/o suppliers.

Your Profile as ME Valve Assembly Engineer:

• Min. 5 years' solid experience in machining process as production planner or process engineer in automotive industry.
• Good experience in machining process, programming, cutting tool and fixture.
• Experience with Machining Center from Heller or Grob is a plus.
• Experience in measurement gauge is a plus.
• Bachelor degree or above in mechanical engineering.
