Primary Responsibilities:

2.按照计划程序,既定的产能规划并结合物料状态,发放工单,平衡产出,满足客户需求
Following planning procedure, established capacity planning and material availability,balance output plan and meet customer's demand.
3. 分析生产数据,预测生产需求,并制定相应的生产计划和策略, 监督生产过程,并对生产过程物料订购进行优化和改进,以提高生产效率和降低生产成本。 协调各部门之间的合作,确保生产计划的顺利实施。紧密跟踪工单按时入库,积极发货完成销售目标
Analyze the production data, forecast the production demand, and formulate production plan and strategy accordingly, supervise the production process, and optimize and improve the production process &material replenishment in order to increase the production efficiency and reduce the production cost. Coordinate the cooperation between various departments to ensure the smooth implementation of the production plan. Closely follow up the work order on time into the warehouse, and actively ship to fulfill the sales target
4. 管理和维护库存,原料订购,与物流团队合作,确保库存准确性和完整性。分析库存和消耗量,制定合理的安全库存数量,既保证充足供应又达到公司的库存目标。识别、解决并上报供应链风险,包括但不限于生产中断和库存短缺。 定期向所有主要内部合作伙伴提供有关供应状态、风险和机遇的最新信息
Manage and maintain inventory, working with logistics team to ensure inventory accuracy and completeness. Analyze inventory and consumption to develop reasonable safety stock quantities, both to ensure adequate continuous material supply, meet inventory goals. Identify, address and escalate supply chain risks including but not limited to production disruptions and inventory shortages. Provide regular updates on supply status, risks and opportunities to all key internal partners.
5. 用SBS的精益的方法,不断提升本职工作效率并支持其它部门的精益项目,共同提升交货率 (OTR&OTP)库存周转天数等关键指标
Utilize the SBS lean tool to improve the self working efficiency and support other dept's lean projects, together to improve on time delivery (OTR&OTP) and DOH inventory etc. for key KPI.
6.制定和执行生产计划,包括排程、库存管理、质量控制, 制作生产报表,向上级汇报生产进展和问题,及时预警在计划运作环节中出现需求和供应中异常的影响,并采取措施将影响降到最低
Develop and execute production plans, including scheduling, inventory management, and quality control, produce production reports, report production progress and problems to supervisors, provide timely warning of the impact of abnormalities in demand and supply during the planned operation, and take steps to minimize the impact.
7.每周每月库存超期分析,和相关部门一起不断降低整体库存。在 E&O 库存审查、根本原因分析和制定行动计划以减少过剩库存方面发挥关键作用。 通过产品生命周期管理流程,与主要业务合作伙伴一起管理新产品和淘汰产品的库存
Slow moving inv. analysis weekly/monthly and keep reduce slow-moving stocks /CS using LEAN tools continuously;Play a key role in E&O inventory reviews, root cause analysis and development of action plans to reduce excess inventory.Lead the inventory management process for assigned business unit. Partner with manufacturing sites and business units to drive achievement of DOH goals.

Lead monthly supply planning meetings with production locations and material teams to ensure supply plans are aligned with demand plans. Cooperate in handling emergencies and exceptions. Facilitates decisions regarding materials, equipment, labor and all other resources to support demand within the context of the SIOP plan.
9.每周每月及时交货率分析,按产品线,或者客户找出问题点,不断提升及时交货率

Professional Qualification:
1. 物流或供应链相关专业本科或以上学历, 至少5年国际贸易,生产物料计划采购相关经验
Bachelor degree or above in logistics/ supply chain related majors. At least 5 years experience in international trade and planning/purchasing
2.具有较强的数据分析和预测能力,能够根据数据制定相应的生产计划和策略
Strong data analysis and forecasting skills, able to develop appropriate production plans and strategies based on data.
3. 熟悉产成品成本核算及控制方法
