Your Role
In your daily job you will:
a) Control Item Planning Parameters accuracy in SAP
有效监控 SAP 系统参数准确性
b) Check weekly order accuracy and timely release to supplier
每周准确下单并及时传递至供应商
c) Tracking goods in-transit and arrive plant on time
跟踪货物运输过程、及时到厂
d) Tracking production changes, adjust the schedule on time
跟踪生产变化，及时调整订单
e) If meet an emergency, quick response and solved effectively.
紧急情况物料快速反应并有效解决
f) Meet production material requirement, no shut down.
确保生产用料，无停线
g) Weekly analysis over max materials and control RM inventory to meet DIO BP target
每周分析控制超 Max 物料，控制原材料库存达标
h) Premium control to meet BP target
严格控制额外运费达标
i) EOP control ， control inventory less than one MOQ before EOP
项目 EOP 控制，控制原材料断点前库存小于一个 MOQ
j) Support for ECN launch smoothly in plant and control E&O
支持 ECN 顺利实施同时监控切换过程避免呆滞物料产生
k) Support new project smoothly launch
支持新项目阶段物料需求，保证新项目顺利 SOP
l) Keep good communicate with transport forwarder and customs clearance forwarder
与运输代理和清关代理保持有效沟通
m) Send receiving documents to warehouse on time and quick response for abnormal issue
及时发送收料清单给仓库，并及时处理异常事宜
n) Fulfill the training plan and complete the plant level EOS deployment
按时完成个人培训计划，并完成工厂级 EOS 培训
o) Implement company regulations and OS standards
执行公司规定及 OS 的标准
p) Follow and support policy, target and procedure of EHS, and supervise environment protection during production operation. Energy saving, reduce waste. Comply with regulatory requirements. Protect employees' health & safety
遵守并支持 EHS 政策、方针、目标及程序，配合监督实际生产运营中的环境保护。节约能源，减少废弃物。符合国家法规的规定。保障员工的健康安全。
Basic qualifications 基本条件
• Bachelor degree or above by normal university degree, fluent in spoken and written English
正规大学本科以上学历，流利的英文听说读写
• Analytical skills and coordination ability
分析能力与协调能力
• Have strong sense of responsibility and determination work under pressure
强烈的责任心和抗压能力
Nice to haves (preferred qualifications) 期望条件
• Have three years ’ experience in auto industry material planning actual operation experience
三年以上汽车行业物料计划实际操作经验
• The full understand of MRP and experience of SAP system
对 MRP 的深刻理解和 SAP 系统全面的经验
• Have good communication skill
良好交流沟通能力
• Have good English skill both in oral and written, CET 4 or above
良好的英语口语和书面表达，英语四级或以上
