Job Summary:
Establish marketing strategy and oversee its effective implementation to achieve business goals
The Opportunity:
1. Establish and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve corporate objectives.
- Research, analyze, and monitor financial, technological, and demographic factors to capitalize on market opportunities and minimize effects of competitive activity
Conduct marketing survey on current and new product concepts, and provide feedback for future product development
Oversee and evaluate market research and adjust marketing strategy to meet changing market and competitive conditions
Ensure effective control of marketing results, and take corrective action to guarantee that achievement of marketing objectives falls within designated budgets
Monitor competitive products and marketing activities
Evaluate and recommend distribution channel development programs
Establish and maintain relationships with industry influences and key community and strategic partner
Develop and manage Key Opinion Leader for products for effective promotion of product lines
Regular key customers visit to understand their requirements and initiate project to maintain customer relationship and use as a marketing promotion material
Guide preparation of marketing activity reports and presents to executive management
Achieve satisfactory market share in relation to preset standards and industry and economic trends
Develop and manage marketing operating budget
Recommend optimal pricing
2. Build KOL network in terms of product advisory board and speakers
3. Build and develop marketing team by recruiting and coaching
4. Oversee development and maintenance of customer databases.
5. Assist in yearly budgeting and control department expense within budget
6. Develop career and development plan for subordinates
Who you are:
1. Bachelor of Science or Clinical Diagnostics or Business Administration, MBA is preferred.
2. Proficiency in both spoken and written English
3. Good command of MS office software application
4. Product & marketing expertise
5. 10 years working experience in a similar capacity and in a similar industry
