Job Description
Essential Functions (Responsibilities):
The Manufacturing Program Leader will provide Process Engineering and Project leadership to MFG.
Primary Responsibilities include:
Lead organization through New Product Introductions (NPIs).
- Lead Technology Transfer project for New Product Introduction, including global/local Change Control, process transfer, analytical method transfer, Process Validation submission dossier preparation.
- Develop project plans and execute to meet plan and milestone targets
- Lead Product LCM (Life Cycle Management) project in Plant. The project will cover change of process, change of API, Excipients, Components, Packaging materials.
- Lead and facilitate plant continuous improvement project to ensure plant growth target on track.
- Work with global LCM teams as local focal person to execute global project.
- Perform other duties/projects as assigned
This is a key technical cross functional leadership position, with interaction among manufacturing, sourcing, Global E&T team, Logistic and Planning, CM ISC or PDx ISC and Lean that will drive cross-functional execution to exceed milestone and program targets for NPI and LCM.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Pharmaceutical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Biological Engineering or other or other related Technical discipline.
- 10 years above pharmaceutical industry experience.
- Familiar with pharmaceutical regulation, CHN/US FDA/EU GMP, ISPE Guigelines, and PDA Guidelines etc.
- Excellent Project Management skills
- Ability to identify/track metrics and drive continuous improvement.
- Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to clearly communicate to internal/external customers and suppliers.
- Ability to lead and work with cross functional teams.
- Ability to interface with varied levels from Operators to Plant Management.
- Self-directed, highly detail oriented, organized, flexible and a strong team player.

- Lean manufacturing experience
- PSP/Six Sigma experience/certification
