Job Responsibilities:
- Adjust production equipment and provide on-site troubleshooting support.
- Assist engineers in new product trials and deliver accurate reports.
- Support engineers in developing production documents and setting equipment parameters.
- Participate in drafting technical specifications for production equipment, as well as its procurement, inspection, and management (including daily checks and preventive maintenance).
- Complete other tasks assigned by engineers.
- Optimize/establish production cycle times.
- Maintain equipment and mold documentation.
- Continuous improvement initiatives.
- Implement TPM (Total Productive Maintenance).
Required Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of electrical and mechanical maintenance.
- Familiarity with circuit diagrams/hydraulic schematics.
- Basic PLC understanding.
- Ability to read and interpret CAD drawings.
- Basic robotics operation and programming.
Note: This position involves shift work and occasional overtime, with overtime pay provided in accordance with national regulations.
