Job Responsibilities

1. 设备维护与检修：
o 负责公司内各类生产设备的预防性维护及故障检修工作，确保设备稳定运行，提高生产效率。
o 制定年度PM计划并领导团队按时完成，预防设备故障发生。
o 监测设备运行状态，提前发现潜在故障。
2. 故障诊断与排除：
o 快速响应设备故障报警，运用专业知识和技能进行故障诊断，制定并实施有效的修复方案，恢复设备正常运行。
o 深入分析故障原因，提出改进建议，如优化设备设计、改进维护流程、更新备件等，减少同类故障重复发生。
o 编写详细的故障分析报告，记录故障现象、诊断过程、修复措施及预防措施。
3. 技术支持与培训：
o 协助解决生产过程中的设备相关问题，提高生产效率。
o 组织或参与设备操作与维护的培训，包括新员工入职培训、定期技能提升培训等，提升团队的整体设备管理水平。
o 编写设备点检SOP,维护SOP等文档，为操作人员和维护人员提供参考。
4. 设备改造与升级：
o 参与旧设备的技术改造和升级项目，如引入智能传感器、自动化控制系统等，以提高生产效率、降低能耗或改善工作环境。
o 编写设备改造方案，包括改造目标、技术方案、预算评估、时间计划等，跟进项目进度，确保改造后的设备达到预期效果。
o 协调内外部资源，如供应商、专业服务商等，确保改造项目的顺利实施。
5. 备件管理与库存控制：
o 管理设备备件库存，根据设备维护历史和预测需求，合理安排备件采购计划，确保关键备件的及时供应，同时控制库存成本。
o 定期盘点备件库存，确保备件数量准确、质量完好。
o 分析备件消耗数据，优化备件采购策略，降低库存成本。
6. 文档记录与报告：
o 准确记录设备维护、检修过程中的关键数据，包括维护记录、故障分析报告、备件使用情况等。
o 定期提交设备维护总结报告，分析设备运行状态、维护成本、故障率等指标，为设备管理决策提供依据。

Background & Skills

1.教育背景： 机电一体化、自动化、机械工程等相关专业本科及以上学历。
2.工作经验： 至少5年以上设备维修或相关领域工作经验，熟悉工厂设备维护流程。
3.专业技能：
o精通机械设备、电气、液压控制系统的原理与维修，包括电机、PLC、变频器、传感器等关键部件。
o具备良好的故障诊断与解决能力，熟悉振动分析、红外热成像等诊断技术。
o熟练掌握西门子，欧姆龙，三菱PLC编程、自动化控制系统调试，精通C#语言编程和机器人编程调试。
o熟悉设备安全操作规程，具备安全风险评估能力。
4.能力要求：
o良好的团队合作精神，优秀的沟通能力和问题解决能力。
o能够承受工作压力，具备高度的责任心和安全意识。
o具备良好的学习能力和创新意识，愿意不断学习新技术、新知识。
5.具备一定的英语读写能力，能够阅读和理解英文技术文档。
