A Day in the Life
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.
- Evaluates, selects and orders equipment that is most appropriate and cost effective for the manufacture of company products.
- Oversees the installation, modification, upgrade and maintenance of manufacturing equipment.
- Maintains current records on equipment manufacturers' technical notices, upgrades and safety issues.
- Studies equipment performance and reliability.
- Establishes programs and solutions for increasing uptime and for equipment problems that affect the manufacturing process.
- Provides technical support to the manufacturing equipment repair and process engineering organizations.
- Defines and writes preventative maintenance schedules.
TECHNICAL SPECIALIST CAREER STREAM: An individual contributor with responsibility in our technical functions to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies. Formulates, delivers and/or manages projects assigned and works with other stakeholders to achieve desired results. May act as a mentor to colleagues or may direct the work of other lower level professionals. The majority of time is spent delivering R&D, systems or initiatives related to new technologies or therapies – from design to implementation - while adhering to policies, using specialized knowledge and skills.

岗位职责
参与制定新设备技术要求的制定，以及新设备的安装调试验收 参与制定新设备的维护内容和计划，并定期对现有设备维护内容更新 参与设备的持续改善项目，持续改进工作职责内的所有任务 主导设备停机原因分析并提出改善措施 协助制作并实施电气维护计划并且确保实施电气维护维修以支持生产的工作 负责解决所有设备的电气问题和日常的设备停机问题 解决生产车间PLC系统和控制系统的故障 协助分析由于电气或者程序原因导致的设备停机和修改部分程序 协助制定与维修有关的文件（FMEA，WI ,培训记录等）准备绘制电气图纸，执行改进建议，并将实施的文件存档 协助领导对新生产设备尤其电气和程序使用的问题对技术员进行培训，在此前作培训准备。 协助领导设定责任区域内设备备品备件的安全库存 与供应商沟通解决特殊设备问题。 支持设备以及工艺上自动化方面的改进 向维修领导汇报在其承担工作领域内的所有重要事故 完成领导委派的其他事宜。

任职要求:
Knowledge / Education 知识/教育背景
本科及以上学历，电气工程或相似专业学士学位；； 三年以上相关工作经验优先； 具有医疗器械法规培训经历优先（例如：ISO13485、NMPA GMP、FDA QSR、MDD/MDR、RDC等）
Experience and Skill 经验与技能要求
至少两年外企或合资企业工作经验； 熟悉西门子、发那科或海德汉PLC控制系统 良好的机械，气动及液压自动化知识 较强的基于西门子、发那科和海德汉PLC的故障诊断能力 较强的设备维修安全流程知识，例如PPE，LOTO等等 持高低压电工证者优先 熟练使用电脑，运用office办公软件 具备良好的沟通和协调能力
